Classroom spotlight: The SFE Kindergarten classes would like to thank Ella's Mimi and Nana, along with the Obion County Farm Bureau Ladies, for the fun pumpkin themed afternoon of Ag in the Classroom! Students listened to a story about pumpkins and then made bracelets with colorful beads representing all of the elements needed to grow pumpkins. Parents, be sure to ask your child about what their colored beads represent! Afterwards, students were treated with their very own pumpkin and some M&Ms!

📚🐾 Learning Beyond the Pages! 🐘🦍 Mrs. Stacy’s 4th Grade RTI students have been reading The One and Only Ivan, discussing the story, and exploring what animals need to thrive! After reading, students put their creativity to work by designing dioramas that showcase better habitats for Ivan the gorilla, Ruby the elephant, and Bob the stray dog. 🏡🌿 Through reading, discussion, and hands-on learning, students explored the importance of friendship, courage, and kindness. We are so proud of their creativity, thoughtful ideas, and hard work! Check out their amazing creations! 👏💚
